Legal notice
This notice sets the rules for niecastellon.com: who runs it, what its pages offer, and what happens when you contact us. Using the site, or writing to us, means you accept these rules.
Who runs the site
NIE Castellón is a private service with no tie to any public body. It is not the Ajuntament de Castelló, the Policía Nacional or the Subdelegación del Gobierno and its Oficina de Extranjería, and it does not speak for any of them. We explain procedures for foreigners, such as the NIE, the EU registration certificate, the TIE card and the padrón, and we help people prepare them. Decisions on applications belong to the authorities alone.
What our pages are
The pages give general information, checked against the official sources they name at the time of writing. Forms, fees and office practice change, and a general page cannot weigh the details of your own case. Before an important step, look at the official source again, or ask us.
When you write to us
A message you send us, by form or email, asks for information. It creates no contract. Should you want our help afterwards, you first receive in writing what the work covers and what it costs, and nothing begins until you agree. We also tell you whether we do the work ourselves or whether a partner firm takes your file.
State fees, and what no one can promise
Official fees go to the State, for police procedures through the Modelo 790 código 012, and they are separate from the cost of any help. Good preparation makes the visit smoother; it does not decide its result, and we cannot promise a decision or a date.
Links
We link to official websites and to partner firms. Each of those sites is responsible for its own content and sets its own terms.
Where our responsibility stops
We take care in our work, but we answer neither for the administration’s decisions, nor for rule changes made after publication, nor for how many free dates the booking system shows.
